Service Terms and Conditions

Appointments and Scheduling:

• Service appointments are subject to availability
• We require 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations
• Emergency services may incur additional charges

Payment Terms:

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers
• Late payment fees may apply to outstanding invoices

Warranties:

• We provide warranties on parts and labor as specified in service agreements
• Warranty terms vary by service type and manufacturer specifications
• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Liability Limitations:

• Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
• We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Customer property insurance should cover accidental damage during service

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide accurate information about service requirements
• Ensure safe access to service areas
• Secure pets and remove obstacles before technician arrival
• Report service issues promptly to maintain warranty coverage

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use our services for illegal activities
• Interfere with our website or services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Provide false information or impersonate others

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
